The following steps allow us to provide our services efficiently, economically and on time: ITF assigns the appropriate professional and administrative staff to expedite the design process, including delivery of plans, review of the plans by professionals, and assigning staff for communication with the agencies and the public. ITF maintains open lines of communication with involved agencies, and consultants to maintain design schedule and management reporting. We consider an ample communication system a key factor for successful design and construction. Prior to the beginning of any project, ITF generates a Project Management Plan consisting of the following: the intent, goals, and objectives of the project; a work breakdown structure which is broken down to a level acceptable to the client; the assignment of the individual responsible for each task; an estimate and method of control for the budget and cash flow for the project; a schedule for the project defining all significant milestones; Quality Control Plan (including Quality Assurance); Communication Plan; Value Engineering Plan; list of deliverables, assumptions, and design criteria.
